Hi! I'm Julia Warkentin
I've been a licensed REALTOR ® for over 12 years and have worked in the real estate industry for over 28 years. Throughout my career, I've gained invaluable experience working with different brokerages and teams. This has provided me with excellent negotiation skills and understanding to help all my clients. I have 4 adult children & 2 grandchildren. We've lived in Ottawa for 36 years and could not think of a better place to raise a family. I'm passionate about horse back riding, photography, painting, and yoga and of course my family. I'm also a foodie, so you can always expect me to be up for trying out new places! In my spare time I love exploring all that this wonderful city has to offer – from its restaurants, cultural venues, and excellent festivals to the NCC trails where I love to hike or bike.
